What this is

Vandidad Group designs and builds custom AI systems for businesses. The assistants that talk with you on this website, on Telegram, Bale and WhatsApp, and in Instagram Direct exist to understand your work, offer ideas, and — if you want to go further — connect you with Hadi Bakhtzadeh directly. Using them is free and requires no registration or payment.

What you should know

Not professional advice. These assistants are a tool for conversation and ideas. Nothing they say is legal, financial, medical or investment advice, and it should not be the basis of an important decision. Consult a qualified professional before acting.

They can be wrong. The service runs on language models and, like any language model, can make mistakes or misunderstand. Independently verify any figure or claim that matters to you.

No prices, no timelines. The assistants quote no price and commit to no schedule. Pricing and delivery are agreed only in direct conversation with us, and nothing is binding until a written agreement is signed.

What we ask of you

Give accurate information; do not send us other people's confidential data (patient records, your customers' personal data, someone else's trade secrets); do not use the service for anything unlawful, for harassment, to distribute malware, or to disrupt it; and do not call it automatically at volume — hourly message limits apply to prevent flooding. If these are broken, we may withdraw access without notice.

Free-tier limits

Conversation itself is unlimited and is never cut off mid-way. Expensive operations — live web search, generated PDF reports and rendered visual cards — carry a daily ceiling. When it is reached the assistant says so plainly and the conversation continues at the same quality.

Ownership

What you write remains yours. The text, design, brand and code of this site and its assistants belong to Vandidad Group. You may freely use the answers the assistant produces inside your own business; you may not resell or redistribute the service itself.

Privacy

What is collected, where it is kept and how it is deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled at Data Deletion.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of what an assistant said.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İzmir have jurisdiction.
