Data Deletion — English

In short

You can have everything we hold about you deleted at any time. One email is enough, it takes no more than 7 days, it costs nothing, and you do not need to give a reason.

How to request it

By email. Write to ai@vandidad.xyz with the subject "Data Deletion Request", telling us: which service (website, Telegram, Bale, WhatsApp, or Instagram Direct) and your identifier there (the phone number you gave us, your Telegram username, or your Instagram username). If you cannot remember the identifier, tell us roughly when you spoke to us and what about, and we will find it.

Inside the conversation. Simply write "delete my data" to the assistant you were talking to. The request is logged and we confirm it to you.

What gets deleted

Every message exchanged; the name, business name, phone number and email you gave; the case files and summaries built from your conversation; any generated PDF reports and their links; and your conversation identifier on the messaging platform or Instagram. Deletion is complete and irreversible — we keep no archived copy.

What may remain

Two things, neither linked to your identity: abuse-prevention counters, which are numbers only and expire on their own within two days; and anything we are legally required to retain (for example an accounting record), for no longer than the law requires.

Messages held on your own device in Telegram, Bale, WhatsApp or Instagram belong to your account and must be deleted there — we have no access to them.

Afterwards

You receive written confirmation that it is done. If you message us again later, the system will not recognise you and the conversation starts from zero — as it should.
